Our story
Founded in 1998, Lanni Technology Solutions spent its first two decades doing broad IT work — the kind where you are expected to know a little about everything. That experience is why the practice is now deliberately narrow.
Today the work is Microsoft 365 security and compliance configuration for small organizations in Lehigh and Northampton counties: practices of five to twenty-five people, cloud-only, usually under pressure from a client, an auditor, or an insurer to prove something about their security posture that nobody has ever documented.
Because the work is administrative and remote, I also take white-label Microsoft 365 project work from other MSPs outside the region.
Our mission
To give small practices the standard of Microsoft 365 configuration that large organizations take for granted — and to leave them with documentation they can actually hand to whoever asks for it.
Narrow on purpose
One platform, done properly, beats eight service lines done adequately. If your problem is outside Microsoft 365, I will say so.
Plain language
Findings written so an owner can act on them without translating jargon first — and without being frightened into a purchase.
Direct access
You work with the person doing the configuration. There is no tier one, and no account manager in between.
