While at GE, I worked with Jeff Lanni quite a few times as he was rolling out major projects to GE sub-businesses I supported. Given the scale of GE and the number of users his project involved, he was able to accomplish a lot with just a few people. He is adept at simplifying complex initiatives, creating and leveraging processes to minimize or eliminate resources needed for implementation and is quick to pivot / improve as new use cases appear.
